Thank you for taking a moment to review our terms of service. Please
remember the most important thing about AutoSurfPro.. YOU COME FIRST
HERE! We would like you to remember that YOU are our most valuable
asset. We wish to always have you utilize our service, so we can grow
and prosper in marketing TOGETHER!
Our passion is to create a unique
atmosphere that everyone can utilize enjoyably, easily, and profit by
supporting our community by surfing for credits effortlessly each and
every day.
Before viewing our terms, please remember, we
will answer your questions or concerns quickly should you need us.

These terms are subject to change.
There is a limit in the number of sites our members are able to
list. Please do not list more sites than your membership type affords.
Free Members: 2 Sites - Bronze Members: 4 Sites - Associate Members: 6

Site Categories: You check these boxes to describe the categories
your site is permitted to be SHOWN in. (members who have no pop up
window sites can show in all categories for much more exposure, and
more unique traffic.
A. No pop-ups, pop-unders, exit
windows, java script message windows, or rotators.
This is the easiest and most
desirable category for the program because it permits the member to
show IN ALL CATEGORIES.
If your site fits this description,
you should choose the "My site has no pop-ups or pop-unders, and also
check the other boxes permitting your sites to be shown to all our
members" category.
B. My site has one pop-up,
pop-under, or exit window. It does not have any java script message
boxes or subscription boxes. It does not have a rotator.
If your site fits this description,
you must show it in the category "one pop-up and the rotator category.
C. My site has MORE THAN ONE,
pop-under, or exit window, or it has a javascript message box or
subscription window, or it uses a rotator. (NOTE Pop-unders from free
webspace providers such as Tripod or Geo Cities and FreeWebs to name a
few, ARE INCLUDED in the count).
If the above description fits your
site, the only category you may choose for site rotation is "My site
has more than one pop-up, pop-under, or exit window, or it has a
javascript message box or subscription window, or it uses a rotator".
2. SURF Categories.
YOU MUST CHOOSE TO VIEW THE TYPE OF SITE THAT YOURS REPRESENTS, Unless
you are an
upgraded member!
What YOU WILL SEE WHEN SURFING
A. No pop-ups, pop-unders, exit
windows, javascript message windows, or rotators.
This is the easiest and most
desirable category for our program. This category is meticulously
maintained. If your site fits this description, you should choose the
"My site has no pop-ups or pop-unders" category. You may not chose to
view this category if your site has pop up windows.
B. One pop-up, pop-under, or exit
window. It does not have any javascript message boxes or subscription
boxes. It does not have a rotator.
You must choose to view the one pop
up category "My site has one pop-up, pop-under, or exit window. It
does not have any javascript message boxes or subscription boxes. It
does not have a rotator".
C. Two pop-ups, pop-unders, or exit
window, or it has a javascript message box or subscription window, or
it uses a rotator. (NOTE Pop-unders from free webspace providers such
as Tripod or Geo Cities or freewebs, to name a few, ARE INCLUDED in
the count).
If your site fits this description
You must choose to view only the
TWO POPS OR ROTATOR category. This category can be harmful to your
machine. It is NOT monitored and we do not recommend it.
2. No more than one AutoSurfPRO
Surf Window may be used at a time. Any account exceeding a maximum of
page views per day that is impossible with only one window open in a
24 hour period will be subject to deletion. Multiple accounts are
permitted only if they are upgraded. You still MAY NOT surf more than
one window. While our advertising space is for sale, our members
credits can and will never be wasted by users surfing two or more
accounts at the same time.
There is no problem with running
one surf window and logging into your member's account at the same
time.
3. ANY attempt to cheat the system
will result in deletion.
4. Your site(s) doesn't have adult
or illegal content! This includes but is NOT limited to pornography,
nudity, sexually explicit material, hate or illegal sites (including
warez, cracking, or hacking sites) or sites that link to them.
Our rule of thumb is if "Dad's
11 Year Old Daughter Walks in the room rule"
If you site is offensive, it will
be deleted.
5. Your site does not break out of
our frames. We provide a "frame checking" in your members area.
6. Your site(s) does not contain
any virus, including "bad code" which produces error messages. It does
not cause any changes to the viewers browser, including start
page-resets, initiating software downloads, or installing surf bars,
even if they can be closed or a surf url for another site. NO
EXCEPTIONS!!
7. Your site(s) do not contain any
derogatory statements about our service, either here or elsewhere on
the Internet.
8. Your site(s) URL does not lead
to an error message.
9. You may not use your AutoSurfPro
surfing URL or any traffic exchange surfing or credit earning URL as
your target URL's in any way in your AutoSurfPro account.
This is against the rules of
virtually every traffic exchange (over 250) of which we are
members.
10. To keep your account, you agree
to allow us to email you. Your account will be deleted if your email
address is invalid,or your email bounces. (No autoresponders) Your
direct referrer member may also send you mail. If you have no referrer
we may give you one.
11. Only one account per
individual, household, company, or other organization is allowed. Any
abuse of this will result in all related accounts being removed from
the system and all referral downlines and credits, whether earned or
purchased, will be lost.
12. A Valid email address is
required to use the AutoSurfPro site. It is also important to keep
your email address current because that is how we will notify you of
special offers and possible changes of these Terms of Service. Invalid
email addresses will result in account removal and loss of your
referral downline and all credits, whether earned or purchased.
However, your privacy is protected. Neither your email address nor any
of your private information will ever be rented, sold, or otherwise
released to a third party.
13. AutoSurfPro is not responsible
for any lost credits, or any damages, loss of data, or other problems
that may occur when using our services. All services are offered "as
is". In addition, AutoSurfPro makes no guarantee as to exactly when
credits, either earned or purchased, will be shown.
14. Credits are not permitted to be
sold by ANY MEMBER. We will not compete with members in selling our
credits. You may use them to attract new upgrades to ASP, or giving
them to your ASP downline for achieving tasks.
Violations of these terms can
result in immediate termination of your account, loss of all credits
whether earned or purchased, and your referral downline.
NO refunds given. We will report
abuse and threats to the administrator of your affiliate program(s).
Your account may be deleted if not used for 90 days. Commissions are
paid after $5 is earned. They are paid by the end of the first week of
each month.
AutoSurfPro reserves the right to
disable your account when we believe it does not meet our terms and
conditions, or in any way interferes with our system.
Violation of these Terms of Service
may, at our discretion, result in immediate and permanent account
deletion and loss of all credits. No Exceptions.
SPAM: AutoSurfPro WILL NOT
TOLERATE any use of SPAM to promote your link or this
site/service. Zero Tolerance. We have never received a SPAM complaint,
and would like to keep it that way. Conduct your business ethically on
the internet. It just makes sense for long term steady growth. This is
OUR INTERNET Everyone, lets keep a great place to work, and help
insure it remains the valuable commodity, and opportunity that it is!
Actually, we are really easy going.
We try to work out any problems so that you are a happy member.
Without our members, we really
don't have much, now do we?
* Please note we are not responsible for activity at any of our
Sister Sites that also offer traffic services. These sites are as
unique as the individuals that run them. If you have an issue at a
site, please take it up with the site owner.
